Director of Ministry
Rev. Peder Johanson
Peder Johanson joined the TCM team in November, 2022. His most recent experience was working for Wisconsin Council of Churches as Volunteer Coordinator for Afghan refugees. Prior to that, he enjoyed 11 years as pastor of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Brodhead where he and his wife live with their son. He is ordained and rostered in the South-Central Synod of Wisconsin, ELCA.

Carri Smith
Nurse Carri Smith arrived summer of 2022. She has lived in south-central Wisconsin area her entire life. She has 5 children who are all grown up and on their own. Carri brings 15 years of nursing experience in many areas and she is excited to be part of the Triangle community.
Monday Meals Coordinator
Deacon Meg Nielsen
After serving TCM for several years as the Outreach and Development Coordinator, Deacon Meg Nielsen came out of retirement in 2021 to serve as the Monday Meals Coordinator, organizing our free weekly community supper with teams of volunteers from the Dane County area. She and her husband enjoy music, nature, and spend their spare time tending young trees and native grass as they return the family farm to its natural landscape

Vice President
Vicki Holten
Vicki became involved at the Triangle in 2018 when the Monday Night Meal Program began. She organized and served on a number of volunteer groups providing/serving food for the residents of the Triangle.
Her continued interest in the Triangle’s Mission led to her officially join the TCM Board in 2020 and she was elected as Vice President in 2021.
Vicki has lived in the Madison-area her entire life, now lives in McFarland with her husband, Steve Schoenberger, and has two grown children, Robert and Cassandra who live on the Eastside of Madison.
In 2016 Vicki retired after 45 years of service to the State of Wisconsin which included 40 years at the Legislative Fiscal Bureau. She enjoys volunteering and spending time with family and friends.
Treasurer
Linda Frautschy
Linda joined the TCM Board in August of 2020 and became treasurer in April of 2021. She leads a group of women who sew menstrual kits for Days for Girls and in her spare time dabbles in glass fusing and other arts. Her greatest joys are her three daughters and six granddaughters.
Secretary
Corri Kohn
Corri joined the board as a Triangle Resident in June, 2020. No longer living in the Triangle Neighborhood, Corri continues to stay connected through her service as board secretary.

Gwen Diemer
Gwen has been a resident board member since July, 2022. She is also an active volunteer in the food distribution programs at the Triangle.

Katy has been a resident board member for over 3 years. She values the mission of TCM and considers it a privilege to represent the residents who live in the Triangle.

Lisa has been a resident board member since June, 2020. She is also an active volunteer with the food distribution programs at the Triangle.

Nikeya Bramlett-Agwoeme
Nikeya joined the Triangle Community Ministry Board in June 2023. She works for SSM Health and brings her enthusiasm for service to the community.

Michael Hietpas
Michael joined the Triangle Community Ministry Board in September, 2024, after several years as a strong supporter of the organization and its mission. Retired from a long career with Trek, Mike brings to the board his wealth of experience in management and community relations.

Barbara Komoroske
Barbara joined the TCM board in June 2003 and has held a steady presence in the organization ever since. She is a retired nurse and remains dedicated to the care and wellbeing of all people.

Judy Mills
Judy joined the Triangle Community Ministry Board in April 2021. She has enjoyed getting to know more about the work of TCM and appreciates being able to help move the work forward. She is a retired attorney, having worked for the State of Wisconsin for over 35 years. She enjoys hiking, biking and traveling.

Jen Morrison
Jen joined the Triangle Community Ministry Board in September, 2023. She began her involvement in the community as a regular volunteer with our Monday Meal Program. In addition to her leadership on the board, Jen and members of her family continue to serve at Monday Meals several times a month. She is an attorney and proud parent to three children.

Tedd Snyder
Tedd joined the board in July 2024. He brings enthusiasm for service, development, and healing. He enjoys gardening and drum circles.

Peggy Weber
Peggy has been a TCM board member since retiring from St. Mary's Hospital in 2014 and was involved with TCM in her capacity as coordinator of Parish Nursing for St. Mary's for many years prior.
Her focus at TCM has been in nursing support and nutrition.
Peggy serves on several other local nonprofit boards and continues to facilitate cancer and grief groups in the community. With her husband Jim she enjoys a large yard full of fruits, vegetables and flowers which feed their bees. They have four adult children and eleven grandchildren.

Ginny Bores
Ginny has been a TCM Board Member since April 1, 2016, including five years as President. She is a retired Registered Nurse Educator. Ginny enjoys working with the Board, engaging with residents and participating in TCM activities. She also likes travel, watercolor painting and gardening.
